Struggle and Nonaction

Tell yourself the end of your story. Tell it the way you would see yourself when you could do anything you wanted without fear of failure, without fear of not being enough, or being too old, or any other excuses we tend to throw in the mix. Not the story that will leave you disappointed with yourself. Not the story where you regret not doing the things you wanted to do. Tell the story that you saw as a child. The one where you win.

Now figure out what has to happen to there and move in that direction. Slowly or quickly does not matter. As long as you move. If you have a bad day and move backwards, remind yourself tomorrow is a new day and you can move forward again. If you fail, get up and start again.
